This Conference resolves:
To unequivocally condemn all acts of terrorism while recognizing that terrorism is a scourge that affects all humanity irrespective of our geographical boundaries and religious denominations. We further resolve that to meet this threat all methods of non – violence should also be exhausted to change the psyche of a terrorist whose prime objective is to instill fear in us and through fear make us conform to his ideas and thought process however ill or irrational it maybe.
This conference further resolves to condemn all such acts of racial profiling and abuse of basic human rights especially those of women and children. We resolve to encourage dialogue and thereby exchange ideas as diverse as possible and not to equate knowingly or unknowingly any acts of terrorist or his identity or profile with that of his community or his origins. More importantly this conference resoundingly also resolves not only to object to, but work towards eradicating, any perception or acts that tends to knowingly or unknowingly equate a terrorist or his acts of terror with any religion as no religion sanctions any acts of terror that aims to extinguish any innocent life.
