THE AIMS & OBJECTS OF THE FORUM:

1. Name of the Society : Jama Masjid United Forum.

2. Registered Office of the Society be situated in the National capital Territory of Delhi and at present is situated at Jama Masjid, Delhi.

3. The Aims & Objects of the Society shall be as under:

i) To create awareness about terrorism in terrorism affected and non-affected countries. With knowledge only people of different nations can come together and unite in an effort to eradicate the root cause of these terror driven activities.

ii) Free clinics, with the facilities of ECG, Xray etc. starting with delhi and mushrooming to other parts of India. Mobile centers so as to provide all possible medical facilities to needy, to establish charitable hospitals, dispensaries, medical camps including poor downtrodden, disadvantaged citizens of Delhi.

iii) To establish academic, social, cultural, educational, institutions, so as to provide cheapest charitable such educations to the poor and needy students including adults.

iv) To establish special educational centers for the girls who remain deprived from getting modern and scientific, educations in the fields of computers and electronics.

v) To organize meeting / programmers for the purposes of development of culture, heritage and communal harmony in the field of computers and electronics.

vi) To initiate all possible efforts for cordial inter-communities relations amongst all Indians without any distinction or discrimination of caste, color, religion, belief and race.

vii) To evolve all possible matters reforming and rehabilitating drug addicts in any logical manner either by way of their treatment by medical science, psychology, social and other appropriate means.

viii) To establish, manage, administer, clinic, hospital, health centers, old people homes and rehabilitation centers, women and/or independently through various social welfare measures.

ix) Ro provide scholarship, from book, educational aid charity to needy deserving student / persons in persons in performing and discharging their social and moral obligations and duties, e.g. vocational training and academic education.

x) To provide social service training, legal aid and awareness centers and to rehabilitate or / and assist the handicapped and crippled or / and organize blood donation campaign association with Red Cross or any other agency (ies).

xi) To establish centers for the study of environment and ecology and to carry on the programmers of family planning.

xii) To establish agricultural / technical and handicraft, research and development and training centers as may be permissible in law.

xiii) To establish libraries, reading rooms, archives, museums, translation cells, vocational training centers.

xiv) To establish and provide facilities for dissemination of useful knowledge by publishing book, magazines, periodicals or / and by holding conferences, seminars, film show, exhibitions and by establishing educational institution of special nature as may be permissible by law.

xv) To organize programmers for charity and social welfare and development of the poverty stricken people and to take all charitable measure to make them self-sufficient.

xvi) To organize and carry out the programmers for the development of slum dwellers and rural people and to carry on the welfare programmers for the children and youth through cultural activities to develop their inward and outward personality and to give much emphasis on the female child's overall development.

xvii) To provide legal awareness through various meant and methods permissible in law and to disseminate useful knowledge and masses about human right.

xviii) To organize and carry out the programmers for the multifaceted social welfare of the ex-servicemen.

xix) To prepare and execute action based research projects on socioeconomic cultural aspects of human life, specially in the field of natural / man made disaster; children, orphans, disable and street children.

xx) To do welfare project for children, to elevate their standards of living and education. To help them grow with all moral and medical aids.

xxi) To portage, impart and adopt any audio visual methods for salving the problems of crime, drugs abuses and help in the inculcation of such behaviors a would bring happiness to the family of a man or generally mankind without reservation of his caste, status and religion.

xxii) To aid or any establish any institution or adopt means for imparting, promotion of any art, science or any other field of education, propagate for removal of social evils, custom or render or promote self­-help to over come any of these evils particularly for the poor and weaker sections of the society of India and abroad.

xxiii) To start, maintains and assist in relief measure in those part which are or become subject to natural calamities like famine, fair, flood, earthquake etc. Also to organize and awareness campaigns in pre-­disaster phase.

xxiv) To operate in all over India for implementation and fulfillment of the above mentioned objects.

Do all acts, deeds and things for social justice and peace in the in society.

All the income, earning, movable, immovable properties of the society shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the Memorandum of Association and no profit on there of shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly, by way of dividends bonus profit or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past or Members of the society or past members. No member of the society shall have any personal claim on any profit, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership.

Governing body: The names, addresses, occupations, designations of the present umber of the present numbers of the Governing Council to whom the management of the society "Urbo-Rural Integrated Development Association" is entrusted as required under section 2 of the Societies Registration Act. 1860, as applicable to the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
